Job Description
Ability to listen, sell and service a clients with their needs
Ability to understand and explain financial markets and the factors driving them
Ability to assist Back Office in documents collections and KYC process
Ability to educate new potential clients how to trade and understand the market
Ability to call, follow-ups & retention of clients
Ability to search for new business and good knowledge of internet
Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners and existing customers, providing services at the highest level
Promote financial products and services of MaximusFX
Requirements
University degree in Finance / Business Administration or in the banking area
Excellency in English and the any of the additional languages: Malay, Chinese, Indonesian, Thai, Hindi, Vietnamese, Bangladeshi, Japanese, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese
Proving experience in sales, including other business sectors
High level of negotiation skills and networking ability
Driven to attract new customers and achieve personal targets
Excellent communication skills, strong personality, optimistic and ability to work under pressure
Ability to develop and implement action plan to seek potential customers
Self-motivation and self-organization skills, ability to work independently and within a team
High level of creativity and personal motivation in sales
Experience in the field of financial services Forex market, Binary Options
